Nita Little, a dance shoot

Nita Little is one of the earliest instigators of the Contact Improvisation dance form. She tours globally teaching in her “flavor” of CI, which is rich in attentional practices and relational intelligence. Ahead of a residency, workshop, and performance at Wildheart Center for Embodiment & Performance in April, 2025, Nita came by Burton Brook Farm for a bit of respite, and a shoot for some marketing images. The performances were to be site-specific, so capturing Nita in nature was alive and relevant to the output.
